Theodore Palumbo Obituary
Ted was born on September 2, 1938, to the late Domenic and Margaret (Punchios) Palumbo in DuBois, PA.
Ted graduated from the DuBois Area High School with the Class of 1956. Ted married Shirley Maxine Lindemuth on July 20, 1956, in Allens Mills, PA; Shirley survives him.
In 1969, Ted opened Ted's Meat Market in Reynoldsville. He was a successful businessman and farmer for 52 years. He loved farming and horses. Ted also loved driving and buying cattle and all types of auctions. Above all else, Ted was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
In addition to his wife, Ted is survived by four children: Theodore T. (Denise) Palumbo of Reynoldsville, Keith J. (Debra) Palumbo of West Middlesex, Angeline M. (Craig) Cramer of Reynoldsville, Brian E. (Leslie) Palumbo of Reynoldsville; two sisters, Threasa Hinderliter of New Columbia, Patricia Sebring of California; one brother; Joseph Palumbo in DuBois; 17 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by two sisters: Adeline Naugle and Marjorie Burkett; and one brother, Thomas Palumbo.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 2-4 p.m. at the Soldier Community Church, 762 Reynoldsville Sykesville Road, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A funeral service will be held immediately following the viewing, also at the church, beginning at 4 p.m. and officiated by Pastor Kevin Brooks. Interment will take place at Beulah Cemetery, Reynoldsville, Jefferson Co., PA. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Snyder - d'Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville PA, 15851.
