Betty Lou Kise, 85, of Knightstown passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born June 4, 1939 in Knightstown to the late Allie and Endie (Morrison) Pitts.
Betty was a longtime faithful member of Carthage Community Church. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and siblings. In her earlier years, Betty enjoyed shopping, going on trips, crocheting, and quilting. For many years, she and her late husband, Tom, owned and operated Napa Auto Parts in Knightstown. Following that, she worked at Mayhill Publications before retiring at the age of 70.
She is survived by her children, Janet McIntosh, Scott Dudley, Tonya Raglin and Darla (Jeff) Jackson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings, Harold Pitts, Mildred (Larry) Houser, Judy (Russ) McMillan and Dale Pitts and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Jewell Brayden, Eugene, Richard, and Leonard Pitts; granddaughter, Brooke Linville; great granddaughter, Kerstin Linville; great grandbaby Halcomb and a son-in-law, Butch "Floyd" Raglin.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Roger Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery.
