Leslie Anne Rider, 78, of Anderson, IN, passed away on November 7, 2025, at the Grand Victorian Memory Care Center, Greenwood. She was born on September 16, 1947, in New Castle, IN, to Max E. and Lois Elaine Ray.
Leslie graduated from Knightstown High School and Ball State University.
She worked as an Auditor for the State of Indiana.
She loved to square dance, quilt, read, and embroider.
Leslie is survived by her daughters: Jennifer (James McGinnis) Moore, Amanda (Patrick, deceased) McKenzie, and Samantha (Trevor) Vinson; siblings: Tim (Deborah, deceased) Ray, Nancy Rogers, and Steven (Carol) Ray; grandchildren: Benjamin McKenzie, Eleanora McKenzie, James Vinson; caring cousins: Wendell and Vickie Zirkle; sister-in-law: Lynn Ray; and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Paradigm Hospice in her name at 8904 Bash St, Ste. B, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
