Todd Raymond Hazelbaker, age 52, a New Castle resident, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1968 in Muncie, Indiana, a son of Darrell and Shirley Saring Hazelbaker.
Todd was a 1986 graduate of Selma High School and had resided in New Castle for several years. He was a welder by trade and had also worked as a correctional officer for the Indiana Department of Corrections. Todd was a bicycle enthusiast, riding for pleasure and for various competitions including racing and trick maneuvers. He was a recipient of many awards, recognitions and trophies.
Left to cherish his loving memory include two sons, Shane Flowers of Muncie, Indiana and Dillon Hazelbaker of New Castle, Indiana; a granddaughter, Alaina Crabtree; friend and former wife, Cynthia "Cindy" Main of New Castle; his father, Darrell Hazelbaker of Selma, Indiana; a sister, Janet McIntosh of Selma; two brothers, Doug Hazelbaker of Muncie and Brian Hazelbaker of Parker City, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Saring Hazelbaker.
Funeral services will be held 6:30 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2021 at Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt Funeral Home, 2011 East Broad St., New Castle, Indiana.
