Alyce Labriola Obituary

Alyce C. Labriola

Vineland - Alyce Catharine Labriola

Alyce would like to let you know that her work here is done. She completed her job as loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, & friend to many. She received a new assignment, an offer she couldn't refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment is a reunion with family & friends she has not seen in a long time. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be socializing, entertaining friends, bird watching, flower gardening & reading to her heart's content. Laughter, love & feline friends are guaranteed. Snacks are delicious, especially the cheese tarts. She left detailed instructions for her children to celebrate her mission here, which has now been completed. Low adherence to this instruction will not be tolerated.

We will remember her smile, her warmth, her selflessness, & her love for life, family and many, of whom over time, also became friends. She asked for very little, held no hard feelings, & cared for others, up until the very end. She made a difference in the lives of many. We invite you to join us & celebrate together.

What a wonderful caring person. I did enjoy our talks over the years, she was always very understanding. I have thought of her often over the years.

I have so many memories of visiting her through high school, through the early years of my first marriage, taking my two daughters to visit. Her great skill for listening & not judging was a great talent. I will remember her always. Truly a great lady!

She will be missed for sure. What a pleasure it was getting to visit with her on the days I filled in for lunch deliveries. God bless her... Kim Davis
