Carolyn R. DeCinque, 87, of Port Elizabeth, and formerly of Millville, died at the South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Vineland after an extended illness.
Born in Millville, she was a lifelong resident. Mrs. DeCinque was a homemaker, and enjoyed cooking and baking. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles. Mrs. DeCinque loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, Gregory and Laura DeCinque of New York, Kent and Bonnie DeCinque of Port Elizabeth; daughter, Linda and Albert Yacovelli of Newfield; sister, Florence Carapelli of Millville; grandchildren, Tricia, Nick, Kendra, Ryan and Spencer; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Brandon, Dominic, Devante and Elyssiana; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. DeCinque was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas; sister, Cora Presgraves; and brother, John Green.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the Christ Episcopal Church of Millville. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery. Relatives and friends will be received from 10 until 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Rocap Shannon Memorial Funeral Home.
