Cesar Rivera, III 38 of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 in Allentown, PA. Born in Vineland, NJ. Cesar graduated from Paulsboro High School and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1998. He enjoyed reading and spending time with family. Cesar is predeceased by paternal grandparents, Cesar Rivera, Sr. and Alejandra Fernandez, maternal grandfathers, Luis Rosado and Marcelino Alejandro.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11am at the Vineland Spanish Pentecostal Church, Assembly of God, 3rd and Quince Streets Vineland. Cesar will be laid to rest at Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 9am to 11am at the CHURCH. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through the GoFundMe site: http://m.gofund.me/xq53jwt4
