Mr. Bailey was an absolutely incredible person. His son, James, and I were best friends for many years while in elementary and high school. I stayed at Mr. Bailey's (who after a few months of hanging out here, I started calling "Old Man") house nearly every Friday night from 6th grade through 9th grade. He'd pick his son and I up from school and we'd go right over to the Millville Queen for dinner. It was these guys that got me hooked on Cream of Crab soup Fridays! We'd then normally venture to a grocery store to grab some snacks for the weekend and head back to his house. I have so many incredible memories of playing on the Sega Channel until the wee hours of the morning, watching PPV movies that we didn't get at my house, and teasing the Old Man about his dedication to Farmville. Mr. Bailey and his son were just alike -- both would make my stomach hurt for hours from laughing.
Over the last few recent years, I've run into Mr. Bailey quite a few times at the Millville Queen. We always chatted about these memories and how bad we both miss his son. I'm crushed to hear of Mr. Bailey's passing but am also happy that these two are reunited once again.
I am the man I am today thanks to Mr. Bailey and James. I thank God that our paths crossed. My heart goes out to their family. I miss you guys and am praying for peace and comfort.

Jim was a fair Supervisor when I started at Bayside on the second shift and good to work for and with. He always had a good sense of humor and could make you laugh or at least smile! Growing up in Leesburg he was a good role model. Thanks for showing me the right way to do things, even though I didn't always want to listen. R.I.P. to a good man who will be missed.

Jim was my Sgt. at Bayside Prison for many years. We didn't always agree on things, however , at that time I was just too naive and or bull headed to know he was trying to teach me the right things. I later took his teachings and applied them during the rest of my career. He endured more of life's hardships than the average man. I had a lot of respect for him and his inner strength. May he rest in peace with God forever, this man earned it.
Sincerely,
John "Jake" Zeller
