my deepest sympathies to the diamore family.
i did not know leslie for a very long time, perhaps only a few months, but i can attest to the fact that she battled cancer as hard as anyone could. she went through a lot with all of her treatments but she never gave up. no matter how she may have been feeling inside, she always put on a brave face and whenever i would see her in her hospital room, she would always greet me with that same great smile you see in her picture at the top of this page. and i know for a fact that on many of the days i saw her, she did not feel like smiling. no one would. but she put forth a positive attitude that was inspiring to all those around her.
i was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. while i am glad that she is no longer suffering, i know she will be missed by so many of us.

Leslie was my roomate in college at MTSU for the the brief period that she was in TN. She was so filled with life and love and never had I ever met anyone so in love with Reba Mcentire! And I am from TN! She made my first year of college so memorable and I was so sad to see her go back home to NJ. Sarah (our other roomate) and I made a true friend with Leslie and we missed her greatly. Each year a different person took her room but didn't quite fit. No one could compare to the amazing girl that lived in that room first. I didn't know Leslie for very long but for the time I did know her, I learned what happiness and a true friend looked like. I am sad that we didn't stay more in touch than just friends on Facebook when she left. I pray for her family and friends. Leslie was a great woman and I am glad to have known her.

I went to school with Leslie and she was such a beautiful person inside and out. She is the true definition of a beautiful soul. Everyone who knew her was blessed to have her in their life, she was a friend to everyone and though she was tiny she stood for what she believed in and her legacy will forever be engraved in all of us. Leslie fly high smile big and spread your wings honey. You will forever be greatly missed and deeply loved. Thoughts and prayers to all who had the chance to have her in your life you now have a beautiful guardian angel.

Without a doubt, Leslie was one of the sweetest and friendliest people I have ever had the privilege to meet. While working with her at GOFECC, her smile and good sense of humor was addicting. I will miss her. She is now our angel. I send my condolences to her husband, son, parents and all others who love her.
