Mildred "Midge" I. Hoffman

AGE: 73 • Leesburg

Mildred "Midge" I. Hoffman 73, of Leesburg died Saturday morning at The Shores at Wesley Manor in Ocean City. Born in N. Wildwood she was the daughter of the late Earl and Ida Schenck Simpkins and the wife of Roland Hoffman. Mildred was a lifetime resident of Leesburg, she was a retired bus driver for the Maurice River Township Board of Education. She was a member of the Dorchester United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Women's Society. She was a member of the Leesburg Fire Company Ladies Auxilary. Mildred enjoyed country music, camping and being with her family.

Surviving are her husband, Roland Hoffman, son, Roger Hoffman and his wife Donna of Millville, daughter, Lisa DiBiase and her husband Anthony of West Palm Beach, FL, brother, Earl Simpkins of Millville, sisters, Catherine Terry of Vineland and Ethel Timmons of Eldora, grandchildren, Kaitlyn & Kirsten Hoffman, and Tony DiBiase, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at the Dorchester United Methodist Church on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Leesburg Cemetery. Viewing will be held Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Dorchester United Methodist Church P.O. Box 555 Dorchester, NJ 08316 or Holy Redeemer Hospice 1801 N. Rt. 9 Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Arrangements are being handled by the Hoffman Funeral Homes Leesburg.

Uncle Hop, Roger and Lisa so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Midge! She was a great women and thought of her like a second mom! Heaven has a new angel may she RIP. Even though distance was between us she was always in my heart! My condonlences to you all!
