Thomas J. Fooks, 63, died at home on August 4, 2016. He was born in Bridgeton, NJ and lived most of his adult life in Laurel Lake, NJ. He graduated in 1972 from Millville Senior High School. Tom obtained his motorcycle license at age 19 and enjoyed riding for many years. He worked for over 30 years at Siloam Cemetery, 550 N. Valley Ave. in Vineland. He loved his job, especially cutting the grass. Many local residents enjoyed talking with him each day as they walked through the cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Sharyn, of Malaga, NJ, two daughters, Missy Berryann Skippen, of Clayton, NJ and Jennifer Berryann Kelly. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren, Nicholas Storozuk IV and his sister Beverly. Also survived by his mother, Janet Duncan, and brother Kenny Duncan, both of Florida and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Ken Duncan, and brother, Paul Fooks. Arrangements by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home. Services are private. A memorial service will be held at Franklinville VFW, 2179 Delsea Dr., Franklinville, NJ from 1 pm through 5 pm on September 10, 2016. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of his favorite places, Siloam Cemetery Chapel Restoration Fund at the address above.
