Edna Raye Julian Vickers

Born: August 25, 1932 | Died: September 10, 2025

Edna Raye Julian Vickers, age 93, passed peacefully on to her Heavenly home on September 10, 2025.

Born on August 25, 1932, Edna was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, "Mamaw" to many as well as sister and aunt.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Vickers, son Steven N. Vickers, daughter Betty J. Hughes, parents Roy and Pauline Julian, sister Wilma Hickman, brothers Clyde Julian, Jack Julian, Clay Julian and Bill Julian.

Edna is survived by her son Paul David Vickers (Elaine) and daughter Barbara Ganues, brother Earl Julian (Betty) and sister Faye Hodges, grandchildren, great grandchildren. and by a large and love extended family.

A proud graduate of Young High School and an entrepreneur, she built a home business to serve her community by baking beautiful wedding cakes for happy couples over many decades. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and love will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family assembled for graveside service and interment Monday at 4 pm at Clark's Grove Cemetery. McCarty Funeral Directors of Sevierville is assisting the family.
