Emily Lannom Obituary

Emily Lannom On the morning of July 14, 1997, a beautiful bundle of joy was born, and on September 25, 2023, her shining light and creativity left this world far too soon. She was a graduate of William Blount High School and Tennessee Tech University. Left to mourn her passing are husband Mikey Lannom, parents Barbara and Marty Hatcher, brother Lawford Hatcher, grandparents Edith and David Grim, Bobbie and Buck Hatcher, Vivian Hatcher and Fred Tew, aunt Jennifer Brackett, cousins Garrett and Braden Brackett, mother-in- law Kathy Lannom, father-in-law Dave Lannom, brother-in-law Will Lannom, and grandmother-in-law Ann Lannom. Cousin Ethan Brackett precedes her in death. If you knew Emily, take the love you had for her and radiate it to others; take the memories you have of her as a source of inspiration to live life fully and meaningfully; take the pain you feel and turn it into love and compassion, and take the care you have for her and let it remind you to care for yourself fully. The graveside service will take place in Louisville Cemetery on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to help out her favorite animals, the orangutans, at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (borneoorangutansurvival.org).
