1936 - 2024

Henry S. Myers Henry S Myers (H.S.) 88 of Maryville, went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Myers, daughter, Robin Burchfield, brother, Tim Myers, and parents, Sanford Myers and Thelma Myers Shinpaugh. Surviving family include son, Ricky Myers, son, Todd (Sue) Myers, daughter, Debbie (Travis) VanHall, brother, John (Hazel) Shinpaugh, sister, Karen Eskew, son-in-law, Gary Burchfield, grandchildren, Brandon (Shala) Burchfield and son Camden, Loren (Chase) Sliger and sons Gary and Griffin, Dustin Myers and son Denali, aunt Faye (Fred) Hansen as well as several cousins, cherished friends, and a loving church congregation. H.S. was a 1954 graduate of Everett High school to be followed by joining the armed services. He retired from the US Air Force after twenty years of service and was a proud veteran. H.S. was a long-time member of Forest Hill Baptist Church. He loved his church family and faithfully worshipped with them until his recently declining health. The family will be having a service at the Grandview Cemetery Pavilion Thursday, August 22nd at 11:00 with the burial immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Forest Hill Baptist Church.
