Lenora Owens

Born: May 31, 1931 | Died: September 21, 2025

Katie Lenora Owens peacefully went home to be with the Lord and Savior Sunday, September 21, 2025. Born May 31, 1931 in Big Rock, Tennessee, she was the youngest of nine siblings. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Owens. Lenora is survived by daughter, Vickie Hunt (Kerry), Sherry Cohran; grandchildren, Kathy Pharris (Troy), Deanna Sullivan (Josh), Kevin Hunt (Courtney); great grandchildren, Sean Pharris, Karli Daughtery (Patrick), Kaleb Pharris, Ethan Hunt; great-great grandchildren, Kennedy and Hazel, special nieces, nephews, and friends. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Smith East Hall. Family and friends will assemble for a graveside service and interment at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Louisville Cemetery with Reverend Dale Buchanan officiating.
