Peggy Cardin

Born: June 17, 1952 | Died: September 13, 2025

Peggy Sue Ray Cardin, of Maryville Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the age of 73. Peggy was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husband, Jimmy Cardin; granddaughter, Graylin Cardin; parents, J.C. and Julia Ray, and brother Jim Ray. She is survived by sons, Drew (Heather) Cardin, Erik (Carrie) Cardin; granddaughters, Caidyn and Kennedy Cardin; sister, Edna (Dennis) Cooper; nephew, Justin (Sarah) Ray and family; sister-in-law, Susie Ray and granddog Wrigley. Peggy's journey on this Earth was one marked by love, compassion and unwavering faith in God. Family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Smith Trinity Chapel and a service to follow at 3:30 PM with reverend Mike Parker officiating.
