She was born in New York City, the daughter of William and Mary Reil and lived in Wethersfield for 54 years.
Before her retirement she was a supervisor at the Motor Vehicle Dept. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church and the Guild of St. Theresa and Altar Society.
She leaves three sons and a daughter-in-law, Fred W. Stula of Wethersfield, James A. Stula of Wethersfield, and Charles P. and Joanne Stula of Wethersfield; a grandson and granddaughter, Fred S. Stula and Amy Stula, both of Colchester; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Barbara Reil, of New York; and numerous relatives, nieces and nephews from Alaska, California, Georgia, and the northeast.
She was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Emilia and Gerald Murray.
There will be a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005 at Sacred Heart Church, Wethersfield. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 580 Elm St., Rocky Hill. Everyone is asked to go directly to the church on Tuesday.
