Ann Malchiodi Obituary

Old Saybrook - Ann Malchiodi, 97 of Old Saybrook, and formerly of Montville, entered eternal life Sept. 16, 2025, in the comfort of her loving family. She was born April 15, 1928, in New London, the daughter of the late John and Louisa Malchiodi.

She attended local schools and graduated from Lawrence + Memorial Hospital Nursing Program. Ann worked for many years in the nursing field, last working for Dr. Wong Eye Surgery in New Haven. She was an avid skier, traveling abroad and skiing through the U.S. and Europe.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by eight siblings, Mary Lombardi, Rose Randy, Julia Martin, Anthony, Louie, and Alfred Malchiodi, Lena Sandora and Marguerite Roy.

Family and friends can gather for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, in St. Joseph Church, 149 Montauk Ave., New London. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery. The Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London has been entrusted with her care.
