Roz,
Just found out about Bev's passing.
Sending hugs and sympathy to you and the family.
Bev was such a sweet lady with a big smile. We had a few conversations when I was driving the bus.

Bev was a wonderful tenor singer in all of our multi-church cantatas. She always brought a smile and a kind word for all. I was the director of the cantatas and was blessed that she added her voice to our choir. She will certainly be missed.

Beverly P. Whitford was a dynamic individual. Huge heart, kind soul, in-depth integrity & a professional, through and through. Beverly was a mentor for so many of us in the world of dental hygiene. Heartfelt sadness to her beloved family and our dental hygiene community. Truly a lovely Lady.

I was so sorry to read of Mrs. Whitford's passing. She was my hygienist when she worked for Dr. O'Loughlin in Waterford years ago. I was lucky to find her again when she worked for a dentist in Groton. She was an excellent hygienist and more importantly she was such a nice person and a pleasure to be in her company.
My condolences to her family.

Beverly P. Whitford, BS RDH was a lovely, kind, intelligent and caring person. I was delighted to call her a friend, a mentor, and a leader. She helped so many people smile for a lifetime due to her commitment to Oral Health education. In 2013, I had the pleasure of working with Beverly Whitford, BS, RDH, who led the Connecticut Dental Hygienists´ Association, Inc. (CDHA) public relations event, "100 Days for 100 Years of Oral Health," held at the Discovery Museum in Bridgeport. The event celebrated the 100th anniversary of the dental hygiene profession, which originated in Bridgeport. Thanks to Bev´s professional relationship with Wilma Motley, RDH, she was able to secure a contract with the Dr. Samuel D. Harris National Museum of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland, allowing CDHA to present the traveling exhibit "Mouth Power." She was a joy and inspiration to us.
