Brad Was My Neighbor On Plant St. For Many Years. I Certainly Recall All the Many Walks He Took With "Perky" Well In Hand. A Very Pleasant Man, Who I May Add Was the "Pillar Of Plant St" In Every Way. Rest In Peace Neighbor !
