Born in Norwich on July 9, 1971, he is the son of Maxine (Lookingbill) Noles of Norwich and Charles S. Frink Jr. of Valley, Ala.
Visitation will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday with a memorial service at 8 p.m. at Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave., Norwich. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Connecticut Humane Society, PO Box 41, Quaker Hill CT 06375.
