Charles McIlwain Obituary
He was the loving husband to Lois Peckham McIlwain for 62 years. After years of employment at H.R. Hillery and General Dynamics, he chose to start a very successful business, the Yankee Tinsmith.He retired due to health reasons.
He leaves behind his wife; his five children; nine grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; his sister-in-law Donna Peckham; and his K9 companion, Boomer.

At the tin shop at E.B., Charlie was one of only a few people who everybody got along with.
When he retired, he went on to doing the copper roof at the Harkness Memorial State Park.
My respect and condolences to his family.
Charlie was truly an old school mechanic.
