He was born in Torrington, on April 4, 1931, the son of the late Charles J. and Helen (Bozenski) Zander.
On Nov. 3, 1984, in Bozrah, he was united in marriage to Helen (Miller) Zander, who survives.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at Labenski Funeral Home. 107 Boswell Ave., Norwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Norwich, meeting directly at church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Norwich.
Should friends desire, donations may be made in his memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 181 Elizabeth St., Norwich CT 06360.
