Nancy,
My sincere sympathy for the death of Dexter. I enjoyed working with Dexter at the Voice of America and on a number of US Delegations to ITU Conferences in Geneva, Switzerland. Dexter's capabilities in languages was always impressive and extremely beneficial to the US in international meetings.
