Donna Goodall Obituary
She was born in Oakfield, Maine, Sept. 5, 1933, the daughter of Alan and Elizabeth (Porter) Goodall. She was the widow of Merle Willard Goodall who predeceased her on Jan. 23, 2011.
Mrs. Goodall was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waterford, and enjoyed being active with the Waterford Senior Center. She had been employed for the Heritage Company in Niantic. In her retirement, she enjoyed many travels across the country with her husband.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Jennifer and Andrew Nyveldt and their children, AJ, Daniel and Tucker of Roseto, Pa.; her brothers, Michael Burpee of Jewett City and Patrick Burpee of Norwich; sisters, Frances "Mickey" Davis of Norwich and Sharon Reynolds of Kansas; and daughter-in-law, Janice Goodall of Waterford.
In addition to her husband of 58 years, she was predeceased by her beloved son, Ronald Walker Goodall.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at the First Baptist Church of Waterford in Jordan Village. There will be a calling hour at the church from noon until 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Jordan Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
