Dear Florance, I was so surprised with the news of Gene's passing. We will miss him at our annual Christmas parties when a lot of our older retirees gather to reminisce of times gone by. Gene was always a gentleman and his professionalism was well known at EB. We were so happy to hear of his travels after retirement. So many don't get that opportunity. Gene was always very kind to me, and I will miss him. My deepest condolences.

Gene will be remembered as a kind and patient person. He was an important part of A.L.L. and loved to help those of us who were new to the program. I also enjoyed seeing him and Florence at the many venues where they volunteered as ushers. He was a friendly face that always welcomed me to the performances. My sympathy goes to Florence and the family. You are in my heart, and I wish you peace and blessings in this difficult time.
