I'm not sure what to add here other than what I wrote before: a true gem, always positive, quietly brilliant. I think of him often.

Angelo was one of the nicest - and quietly smartest - people I've ever met. A true gem, always positive, positive both in his dealings with people (like with me) and in his fight against the illness. I think about him often, and in my mind can hear his voice, and see him look downwards as he laughs ruefully.

Not a moment can pass without having a hard time referring to a great father a good man and above all a person to have so much to give to the family and others as well. Never to forget his good nature smiling to us and sharing so warm and kind words. We pray as we lost our brother as well recently that the families can pass to peace as our beloved family members pass to God as his company and hold in any way possible guidance to the family, strength, hope, forgiveness and understanding for this voyage that is so hard to believe is a reality of our life on earth.

I have wonderful memories of him in class.
He was a super student and very careful about everything he handed in to me. Very kind and respectful.
So sad that he left us all too soon...

My heart breaks to hear of this loss. He was one of the greatest guys I ever met. He was so kind, generous, and obviously caring in all he did. As a member of the Exeter-West Greenwich staff, I had the privilege of teaching his daughters and even attended graduation parties. Every holiday season, teachers were treated to trays of delicious Greek pastries at the holiday season. My prayers go to his family and friends who are reeling from this loss. God bless all of you.

I can't think of someone I admire more than Angelo, I'll remember him always. Patient, honest, enthusiastic, optimistic. And quite brilliant, although he'd never accept that.

I will always fondly remember the many trips to Syracuse that we made together working for the Navy. It was always a pleasure to spend time with Angelo, both in work meetings and casual dinners afterwards. Rest in peace my friend.

My deep, heartfelt condolences to Angelo's family. Angelo and I were colleagues for more than 30 years. We work together on and off over the years and went through our doctoral programs together (at different schools). I will miss his sharp mind, his planning, and his gifts for testing and analysis of sonar systems. More importantly, I will miss him; his sympathy, wisdom, and our verbal fencing.
