Genevieve Waldron Obituary
She was the widow of Francis J. Waldron Sr. She was born in Norwich, and was employed as an eligibility technician for the Department of Social Services State of Conn., retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Connecticut State Employers Association.
She is survived by a son, Richard A. Waldron of California; and a daughter-in-law, Nancy Beauregard-Waldron of Hampton; as well as four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two sons, Francis J. Waldron Jr. and Paul A. Waldron; and two brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2015, at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Preston. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Norwich. There are no calling hours.
The Labenski Funeral Home, Norwich, has care of the arrangements.

Richard and Nancy, our sincere condolences on "Aunt Ginny's" passing. It's been so many years... I recall visiting your Preston home when I was growing up in the 50s, playing with your brothers, but lost touch with all after my parents (Marty and Mary Waldron)left us in the early 80s. You're in our prayers.
