It´s been a long year without you, sometimes it feels like yesterday, other times, much too long. Missing your love, your hugs, and laughter. But knowing we will be spending eternity together some day, makes the hurt so much easier to accept! Always loving you,
Your sister and brother-in-law
( who you called "brother",

George was one of my best friends. Over the years, we spent many hours fishing, discussing old radio shows and life in general. We had a mutual love of broadcasting, and he really enjoyed working part-time as a news announcer at WNLC and WSUB. If anyone needed a favor, you could call George and he was always ready to help. I will miss you big time! Rest in peace my friend. Mary and I send our deepest condolences to Mary Jane, Mark, Chris and all of his family members. Our loss is Heaven's gain.

Mark and Christopher, so sorry to read of Georges passing. I worked with your dad for many years at Waterford P.D.. I don't think I can remember him ever being in a bad mood. He was always upbeat. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

I worked with George at Pfizer and had several chances to meet up with him to photograph him running the trains at Valley RR. I had the pleasure of a February steam run and an Eagle run with George. He took my daughter and I on her first steam train ride. My sincere sympathies to Mary-Jane and the rest of George's family and friends.
