April 25, 2018,
Dear Judy and Nicholas,
First, I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to you both, as you process George's sudden loss. I remember George as a great man, with a life full of vigor, well lived, and shortened by a tragic accident.
George wore many hats (not just the one subject to many jokes). He served the US Airforce, was a wonderful and loving husband, father, mentor (to many) protector of his community, and friend, and neighbor, always willing to help, with not just 1 hand but 2.
I attended George's celebration of life on April 21st. What a beautiful day to celebrate life. A sunny, cloudless, cool day. I think George ordered this for all of us, so, we could all enjoy the moment, to be able to gather together , to support you both, witness his Military Honors (so well deserved) witness his State Police send- off by his fellow officers, and of coarse enjoy the fly over , of a plane he once owned, to honor his flying community.
I would like to personally thank, the Airforce Honor guard, The Connecticut State Police and Aviation groups for their participation and donation to George's celebration of life. Thank you for your service
It has been my pleasure and privilege to be included in your extended family for so many years. I wish you both the best, and please reach out, keep in touch, and let me know if there is anything I can do to make your transition easier.

It was a distinct pleasure to slip the surly bonds of Earth with George Constantine. We flew many trips together in an Aztec, a Seneca and a Cheyenne over a ten year period at Action Air. He was an enthusiastic, dedicated professional airman who always strove to improve his craft.
Judy and Nicholas I am sorry for your loss.

I first met Geroge when we were learning to fly at Waterford Airport. He was always there for whomever needed his help. He was the Most shining example of what a Dedicated Patriot and Law Enforcement Officer should be. Thank You George for all that you taught me over the years.
And to Judy and Family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult of times.

Dear Judy,
Mary Ellen and I wish to send you and you son our sincere condolences. Your husband was an outstanding CT State Trooper
and I was honored to serve alongside of him. His career made the
CSP a much better place because of his dedication and enthusiasm. I'm sorry I can't be there with you and his colleagues to express my thoughts to you in person but you are certainly in our prayers.

Went to Jr. High with George where he was very active and good at gymnastics, served at East Lyme Police Dept with him and we both furthered our career in Law Enforecment together. Always a gentleman, friend with a great sense of humor, and someone you could trust to have your back in any situation. Will miss you, R.I.P. my friend.

It was, and is, such a shock to learn of George's death. He was an adventurous guy, as is his entire family. Accomplished, well travelled and a friend to many, his passing will be felt by many who knew him. May his wife and son find peace and comfort in their hearts as the grieving can be long and painful. His pilot friends will toast him and remember him fondly always. Prayers and blessings are being sent your way. Rest Peacefully George.
