Jeff Holmes Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Kellee; daughter Cherokee; son Tim McAlpine; stepdaughter Brittany Bonang; brothers, Michael, Dennis and Paul; a cousin, Steve Coffel who was more like a brother to him; brother and sister-in-law Matt and Lisa McCauley; and several nieces and nephews.
Jeff will always be remembered for being sharp-witted and going out of his way to make people smile and laugh throughout his day. He enjoyed people laughing at him as he always would say, "if someone is making fun of me, then they are leaving someone else alone."
Jeff never denied anyone a favor and would give his last dollar and/or his shirt off his back.
A Celebration of Life will be celebrated from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021, at Washington Park (Pavilion 1) in Groton.
