Jenny Yu Obituary
She was born in Taipei, Taiwan, on Nov. 10, 1952, the daughter of Jin-Ray Yu and Caroline Chou Yueh-Hua Yu. She was retired from the Mohegan Sun Casino as a supervisor.
She is survived by her daughter Casey Yu and husband Joshua Burnett of Tallahassee, Fla.; a brother Jonathan Yu of Egg Harbor Township, N.J.; nieces Jennifer and Emily Yu of Waterford; nephew Justin Yu and his wife Leia of Dighton, Mass.; and sister-in-law Tara Morgan of Uncasville. She has three grandchildren, Matthew Burnett, Lindsey Yu and William Burnett of Tallahassee, Fla.
She is predeceased by her brother Morris Hui-Chun Yu of Waterford; mother Caroline Chou Yueh-Hua Yu of Jewett City; and sister-in-law Karen Marie Vivirito Yu of Waterford.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
