I'm feeling so sad after reading the entries below. It sounds as though he was a remarkable, loving and spiritual man, my cousin. We had lost touch over the years, sadly. As kids, my brother Dave and I would spend time over in CT with Jackie and his sister Letty. We had so much fun with them. They would also spend time with our family on Long Island. I would love to connect with Letty. If anyone sees this please give her my phone # 631-928-2237

Dear Sandy, Chris and Tim, and family. We are so sorry for your loss. We are so thankful that John is now with His Heavenly Father. He has waited so long for this graduation. Always greeted with a smile, always enjoyed talking of our Home beyond this one. He was thrilled for the Lord making it possible tp leave from Chris and Tim's home! He was a very special friend, and is greatly missed already.

** The Lord introduced John to me years ago in another church. John was always a source of encouragement, as we spent time reflecting on our position as being children of God, & in His eternal Family. In the past couple of years, as John dealt daily, with some of the hardest questions people have to contend with, his trust in the Lord to, do it right didn't falter, that I saw. He always met me with a smile, and was a blessing to be with. His faith seemed to grow stronger as the days to his leaving became shorter. Very recently, he rejoiced to leave the Nursing home, and move into the home of Chris and Tim. This is exactly where he wanted to leave from, to be with the Lord forever.**

Sandy may God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. John was a wonderful man who had an infectious smile and his love was bright and shining. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
