Josephine Rogers Obituary
Her family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 48 Grand Street, Niantic. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at Starr Cemetery (Groton).
A full obituary will run in Sunday's edition.

Jo and I worked at Claude Chester in the 90´s. When I think of Jo I think of her beautiful smile, her laugh and the kindness she showed to the students with whom she worked. My sincere condolences to you on the loss of such a beautiful soul.

A very special lady Jo who I worked with for many years. We had some great times at work. I think of you often. You'll be missed. RIP Jo friend and co worker.

We were sorry to read of Josephine's passing. She was a member of the Niantic Center School "Class of '52" and someone who always participated with a happy smile on her face. A great lady who will be sadly missed by many.
