MARCIA LOVEJOY Obituary


MARCIA LEE LOVEJOY  3/29/49 ~ 12/7/14  
On Sunday, December 7, 2014, Marcia Lee Lovejoy passed peacefully from this world. Marcia was a board certified psychiatric mental health clinical nurse specialist. She received Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science nursing degrees from Russell Sage College (Troy, NY) and The Catholic University of America (Washington, DC), respectively. At the time of her passing, Marcia was held in love by her children, Alison Lovejoy Spain and Bradley Norman Spain. In addition to her children, she is survived by their respective spouses, Ben Walker and Kathleen Spain; grandchildren Tyler Spain, Elliott Spain, Emily Spain, and Ingram Walker; and siblings Robert Lovejoy, Nancy Lovejoy, and Rosemary Lovejoy-Cunningham. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Calvary United Methodist Church (301 Rowe Blvd., Annapolis, MD 21401). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marcia's honor to the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI, P.O. Box 62596, Baltimore, MD 21264-2596 or donor services at 888-999-6264).
