Mary Bundy Obituary
Born in Norwich, on Sept. 22, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Izbicki) Ponatishen. Mary Jane grew up in Montville and was a graduate of New London High School. She was employed as a supervisor by the State of Connecticut Department of Income Maintenance until her retirement in 2001.
The funeral will assemble at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Woyasz & Son Funeral Home, 11 Jerome Road, Uncasville, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. John Church, Uncasville. Burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Donations in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association, c/o Donation Processing Center, PO Box 7000, Albert Lea, MN 56007 or to the School Sisters of Notre Dame, 7 Otis St., Norwich, CT 06360.
