Patrick Greaves Obituary
Upon emigration, he was drafted into the U.S. Army, after which, he became a quality control engineer in the aerospace industry.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Catronia; his sons, Kerry Greaves of Mystic, and Eamonn Greaves of Stratford; daughter Eleanore Greaves of New London; along with eight grandchildren whom he loved very much and who will miss him greatly. He is also survived by his brothers, Thomas Greaves of Westbrook, and Harry Greaves of Saybrook; and sisters, Patricia and Bernadette, both of Saybrook. He was predeceased by a sister, Marie.
There will be calling hours held from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington Street, New London. Burial is private. Please visit www.Byles.com to sign the guestbook, share a memory or ask or directions.

So sorry to hear of Patrick’s death.He had an acerbic wit and was good company.He enjoyed company and had a very good sense of humor.He was unfortunate to have poor health in the last years of his life.His travail is now over.May he rest in peace.
