Dear Gerry, Stanley, Joan and family,
Please accept condolences from your former MacKenzie Rd. neighbors, the Fredericks. Mom (Ginny)called me last night and asked if I could relay our deepest sympathy on her behalf. She is still thinking about Pearl and has many fond memories of time spent with both your Mom (and Dad.) My memories are of a sweet, lovely woman (with beautiful nails and porcelain skin), who could knit like no one else in the neighborhood. (She and June Kokoska had the "dueling needles.") I always envied the beautiful Barbie Doll clothes and sweaters she made for Joan. She never forgot the rest of the girls though, and treated us to a precious special Barbie outfit now and again. We all spent many summer afternoons playing in the shade of your backyard at her feet as she knitted or played cards with the other Moms.
Sincerely,
Debbie

Pearl helped me learn to be a CNA when i was just a student. I am greatful for all she taught me. She called us her "Angels in white" and inspired me to write a poem about my struggles to become the CNA I am today. I will miss her. My thoughts are with Pearl's family. I have been honored to have known her.

So sorry to hear of Pearl's passing. She was so close to my parents I always thought of her as more of my mother's sister than as a cousin. My love and sympathy to the family. Hester and Ron
