Randall Rousseau Obituary

Myrtle Beach, S.C. - Randall "Randy" Rousseau, 62, formerly of Ledyard, passed on May 23 in Myrtle Beach.

Randy was born Bethesda, Md., the son of Roland and Alexandra Rousseau. They, along with his sister, Marion Sailer; and "brother-in-law", Tom, predeceased him.

Randy was raised in Ledyard, graduating from Ledyard High School in 1971. He entered the construction field directly out of high school and was involved in the construction of many water treatment plants throughout New England. After gaining the position of foreman he was forced to retire early due to ill health.

Randy is survived by his sisters, Gaby Meyers of Germany and Janis Rousseau; his sons, Arron and his wife, Jennifer, Cody and his wife, Jasmine; two nieces, Joanna and Eleanor Lazarek; two grandsons, Cyrus and Kingston; and his beloved granddaughter, Celine.

Randy was a warm, generous, very loving and very funny man. He loved good food, good laughs, good people and a winning Giants team. He would give you the shirt off his back and make you laugh while doing it.

His long struggle is over and this wonderful man is finally at peace. He's having fun at the "Big Party" with Tom, Marion, and Joanne.
