Renee Farrell Obituary

Bozrah - Renee Marie Farrell, 55, of Bozrah, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023, surrounded by family and her closest friends after living graciously and courageously with cancer since August 2022. Renee was born on March 18, 1968, on Westover Air Reserve Base in Massachusetts.

Renee is survived by her loving husband Scott Farrell; her daughters, Brandy and Jessica Walker; her daughters-in-law, Patty Walker and Jessica Benavidez; her parents, Eugene and Linda Patterson; and her brother Jeffrey Patterson. Renee was preceded in death by her grandmother Daphnie Chapman whom she deeply cherished.

She most enjoyed spending time with her furr children Ramsay, Tazzy, and Twinkie, and her closest friends and family. She also had a passion for cooking and treasured doing so for others. Renee's favorite color was purple; she adored dragonflies, thunderstorms, and Guns N' Roses. Renee was a long-time employee of Pepsi Co. in Uncasville and was appreciated by all for her work ethic and her caring nature for her co-workers. Renee was overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from her Pepsi family and community.

Renee is remembered most for her contagious smile, kindness, generosity, and selflessness. She is loved and will be missed by many.

To honor Renee's memory, there will be a celebration of life held for her loved ones, family and friends to remember her privately. The family's wish is for in lieu of flowers or gifts we instead ask for donations to be made to the CT Cancer Foundation, located at 15 N Main St. Old Saybrook, CT, 06475.
