I am remembering how Dick used to visit the local hospitals and go from room to room singing for the patients. A truly wonderful man! We miss him.

On the second anniversary of Dick's passing, we of "PB&J" still miss him and his excellent voice. When we play a song that he used to sing, we can remember how beautifully he sang, and how much he enjoyed it. It was an honor to know and work with him.

My beloved Jordan family...
My family sends our deepest condolences out to you. My heart broke when I heard the news about Mr.J. Such a kind, loving, humble, talented, selfless, sweet, man he was. Also he was like a second father to my brother and I growing up and through out our lives. My heart is full of so many happy memories we all shared together. We are family. Years and years of travel, theater, birthdays, holidays, and so much more. He most definitely touched and made an impact in my life. What a blessing to have been loved by him, and his family. The Jordy-Ordys forever. His laugh is unforgettable. His kindness to help others will be his legacy left behind. I know that his spirit lives on. I love your family so dearly. I am sad to be so far away and not able to be home to go through this with you.
Lord I pray for you to comfort the Jordan family and give them the strength to move forward. I lift them high to you as you help them heal from this loss. Hold them close, and love on them. I pray for a peace that passes all understanding for them through this time. In your name I pray.
xoxo

The Jordan family was a big part of my child hood. Julie one of my best friends, and John with his jokes and Mrs. Jorden my Girl scout leader. Mr. Jordan was always singing and kind, I was in alot of his plays with Julie.. He inspired me to grow up right and was a wonderful male figure to look up too. They always went out of their way to help teach me and most of all guide me.. The love from this family was large and I will never forget all the kindness.. rest in peace Mr. Jordan the heavens have a new Angel in the Choir. Love to you Julie John .. Mrs Jorden oxox

Joan and Family,
There is not one person, involved in theater or not, who does not have a great "Dick Jordan" story to share - myself included. There was no finer, kinder, more patient or more giving man than this one that you shared a life with for so long. God smiled on both of you in finding each other and may he continue to smile on you and Dick and your family. He will be so sorely missed by so many.

To the Jordan family:
My sympathies on the loss of Dick. I had the pleasure of working with him as a coach @ FHS when he oversaw the use of the playing fields in Groton. He always looked out for the student/athlete and was as dependable a man that I ever dealt with. Also, had the pleasure to see him perform and he displayed his talents there as well.
May his soul rest in peace.

I will greatly miss Dick. He had a big heart and was a real trouper right to the end. Enjoyed working with him on many musical productions. Plus he and I shared the same birthday (though 4 years apart).

Dick was a talented singer and actor as well as a kind gentlemen. I performed in many shows with him as well as directed him in many shows. He was a professional and always came prepared.
