Robert Park Bugbee

Old Lyme - Robert Park Bugbee, 93, of Sebring, Fla., and a native of Old Lyme passed away peacefully March 10, 2025, following a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy E. (Trangsrud) Bugbee who predeceased him in 2006. He was son of the late Richard C. Bugbee Sr. and Mary (Bibby) Bugbee; father of the late, Robert P. Bugbee Jr. and Michael Bugbee; and brother of the late Richard C. Bugbee Jr. and Deloris the mother of his children. He leaves his daughter, Valerie (Tim) Booth of Minnesota; his son, Tom (Tami) Bugbee of Kentucky; and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bob will be missed by many including his brother's wife Jane; and her children and their families.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in the Duck River Cemetery, McCurdy Road in Old Lyme. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to a cat charity of the donor's choice.
