Born in Groton, she was the daughter of Stephen and Carrol (Cole) Berry of Westerly.
Mrs. Falck had been employed as property manager at Canonchet Cliffs, in Hope Valley, R.I. She was an assistant coach of the Westerly Girls Softball League.
Survivors, in addition to her husband and parents in Westerly, include her son, Stephen J. Falck, and daughter, Nicole L. Falck, both of Westerly; a brother, Roger A. Berry, of Ballston, N.Y.; and her maternal grandmother, Golda Magoon, of Mystic.
Calling hours are omitted.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service, which will be held Friday at 6 p.m. in the Chariho Southern Baptist Church, Route 91, Bradford, R.I.
Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly, R.I., is in charge of the arrangements.
