Thomas Malone Obituary
Mr. Malone retired from the United States Navy and was working for the Electric Boat Company as a configuration management specialist.
In addition to his wife Elizabeth, he is survived by a son, Thomas Michael Malone, of Norwich; daughter Marykate Malone (Eyas Salman) of Middletown; grandson Tucker Edward Tevepaugh; and sister Deborah Vulpi (Joseph).
Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Ocean Avenue, New London. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 22, in Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Gales Ferry. Condolences may be shared on Mr. Malone's memorial page at www.neilanfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local D.A.V. or the Linda C Davis Food Panty - Ledyard.

Tom Malone has a special place in the hearts of myself and my family. We were neighbors for many years in military housing. He loved my kids like they were his own and I will forever be grateful he was in their lives. He will be missed greatly.
