She was born Dec. 15, 1910, in Plymouth, Pa., the daughter of the late Kazimerz and Anna Zurinski.
She was the widow of Foppe de Haan.
She was employed as a nurse at the Wykoss Heights Hospital in New York.
She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia de Haan of Niantic, Monica de Haan of Enfield, and Diana Currier and her husband, Jack, of East Lyme; and a grandson, Todd Currier of East Lyme.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, at St. Matthias Church, Chesterfield Road, East Lyme. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
Kindly omit flowers. Donations in her memory may be made Care and Share of East Lyme.
The Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home, 48 Grand St., is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Monica and Cindy, my dear friends, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I'm glad that I had the chance to visit with her after so many years even though it was for a short time. My heart goes out to you. David and I, and my parents offer our deepest sympathies.
