In these terrible times, I think of Adrian with thankfulness as someone who brought love, friendship and culture into our lives. He is in a better and happier place now.

Adrian--and Roger--were dear friends with me for over 20 years. Adrian treated me like a queen and we enjoyed many dinners, concerts and operas together. He was always the perfect gentleman. We shared the joys of good singers, gardening, food and the beauty of friendship. Memories of Adrian are alive and well!

We have lost a true gentleman. I met Adrian and Roger in 1987. Well read and traveled, with great stories. Cultured and generous with his time and attention. My fondest memory was preparing and showing his 1952 Delahaye 235 at the 1988 concourse de elegance at the USC campus. Then driving Adrian up to the podium to receive the trophy. I will miss him greatly. Goodbye my friend.

Adrian was a true gentleman of a bygone age ! Manners ,Morals and loyalty come to mind. A sweet and loving surrogate Grandfather to my children Brendan and Caitlin. Many fond memories of holidays and dinners in his and Roger's company.
He will be missed always and remembered

I met Adrian in 1977 and shared so many operas, symphonies, lunches and dinners with him and Roger. He was such a caring and generous man, with an "old world" sense of gallantry and style. I'll never forget Adrian's invitation to sing for one of his Mother's dinners at her home overlooking the great rock with seagulls diving and soaring. It was a gift to sing for them. He made such a wonderful home in the desert, and always amazed me by driving 90 mhp to hear a concert at Disney Hall! His life and his memory is grand!
