Albert Clayman Obituary

Albert Clayman passed away on November 20, 2010 at the age of 87 after going through a battle with cancer. He was at home with his family by his side. He was born December 14, 1922 in Kansas City, Mo. where he spent the majority of his life. In 1956, Albert opened Kay Cee Enterprises with his family. He married his soul mate Jackie on May 26, 1976. He was a member of Meadowbrook Country Club and Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert, Calif. No matter where Albert lived he had many friends. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling and golfing which he had 2 holes in one in one year. He had also aspired to be a Sports Announcer. In October 2000, Albert and Jackie sold the family business and fully retired in Palm Desert, CA. Albert is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie, and his children, Wendy Mead, Dawn Wheat, Kim Clayman, Kristen Allen and son in law Jamie Mead. He has six grandchildren, Layne, Lyuba, Michelle, Allison, Kendall and Karstan; sister Rose Horowitz and many cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and lastly, his best friend and loyal companion, Pedee. We will celebrate his life on his 88th birthday, December 14, 2010 at the family home.
