Benjamin M. Hilario

Benjamin M. Hilario, 58, passed away February 11, 2010 in Indio, Calif. He was born on March 30, 1951 to parents Jesus and Guadalupe Hilario in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He leaves behind his loving family: wife, Yolanda of Coachella, Calif.; sons, Carlos of Palm Desert, Calif., Ben of Mexicali, B.C. MX, Ben Jr. of Indio, Jesus, Raymond, Steven, Angel, Chris, Mark and Ivan all of Coachella; daughters, Elvira of Texas and Guadalupe of Coachella; his loving father, Jesus Hilario of Texas; brothers, Raul Hilario of Mexico and Jesus Hilario of Pico Rivera, Calif., Juan and Arturo Hilario of Guadalajara, Juan Hilario of Amarillo, Texas; and sisters, Teresa Vera of Monterey Park, Calif., Bertha Gonzales of Porterville, Calif. and Rosa Cuevas of Coachella, Martha Hilario of Amarillo, Texas. He also leaves behind 36 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Benjamin was well known in the entire Coachella Valley, he owned a landscaping business for the last 30 years. Benjamin will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be on Wednesday February 17, 2010 from 4:00 PM and continuing through the night at his residence located at 85421 Valencia Lane Coachella, CA with a rosary at 6:00 PM. A Mass will be celebrated in his honor on Thursday February 18, 2010 at 8:00 AM at Our Lady of Soledad Catholic Church. Burial will take place at Coachella Valley Cemetery. All funeral arrangements are under the direction of Casillas Family Funeral Home, Coachella, CA.
