Bruce and I had a catering partnership for about 9 years in San Carlos with Above and Beyond Catering. Bruce was a very creative cook and kept our time in the kitchen very creative and fun. He had a big personality which was good and bad. We had conflict at times but we got the job done. It was a fun time in my life, and I will always remember Bruce. I am sad for his family, but he lived life to the fullest and it was truly a unique and crazy experience being in business with him!!!
