Dominic Hernandez Obituary
Dominic was a fun-loving, caring, compassionate, and intelligent young man. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family playing video games, working on his car, and of course football season. At the time of his death Dominic was just beginning a new chapter in his life as a young father. His love for his daughter changed his life and inspired him to make positive changes. He couldn't wait for her to start talking and walking. Dominic's sudden passing shows us just how fragile and precious life is. He will be deeply missed, but always loved, by all whose lives he touched.
Dominic is survived by his parents Maricela Chapa and Jose M. Hernandez; stepfather Ralph Gallegos; daughter Giselle Audrey Hernandez; sister Evanity Hernandez; and step-siblings Clarissa Gallegos, Regina Gallegos, and David Armstrong. He leaves his maternal grandparents Jose and Consuelo Chapa of Coachella, paternal grandmother Maria Hernandez, and is preceded in death by grandfather Jose A. Hernandez. He is also survived by his girlfriend Yesenia Isidoro, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Viewing will be held at Forrest Lawn 51990 Jackson St., Coachella, CA 92236 on Thursday March 31 from 5 - 11pm with services at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 1, 2016 at 9am at Our Lady of Soledad Catholic Church in Coachella, and burial to follow at the Coachella Valley Cemetery.

As I look your name up, reality kicks in. It breaks my heart to type in your name in the obituaries, because this is not real. I love you baby, Nina will always carry you in my heart.
